An ESCAC brief: eight photographs, a €3,000 budget, shot at least 200 km from school, with six weeks to develop it and three days to shoot it. Location, cast, styling, and lighting all had to come together around those three days, with no do-overs. What I actually took from it wasn’t the photos themselves, it was the confidence I built in the producer’s role on a creative project, and how much a good working atmosphere can change what’s possible. It was a real before-and-after for me as a producer.
